Do you want to increase the deliverability of your emails and improve the level of protection associated with your domain name as a source of emails (so it’s less likely that someone can spoof your emails or impersonate you)?
You can learn how to do it yourself here, but if it’s too much, this service is for you.
I review your DMARC aggregate and failure reports for a month and update your DNS records to help you validate all senders associated with your domain name.
This includes helping you fix your newsletter authentication and alignment (if not already done) and fix the DNS records from various services that send emails on behalf of your domain name so that they have a valid SPF and/or DKIM record, whenever possible.
The author will choose where to leave the DMARC policy after the month-long monitoring period (sending invalid senders to the inbox OR spam OR rejecting those emails). I will recommend something based on what I saw and what happened during the month-long monitoring period.
The price is PER DOMAIN NAME, in USD.
If you want this done for 3 different pen names, each with its own domain, you would need to purchase 3 separate products.
Depending on your situation, there may be NO/SOME/LOTS of email interactions during the month as I see errors and fix the issues.
I will ask for credentials so I can update your DNS records without asking you each time, but I may need you to take action from time to time. If this is the case, I will provide instructions on what you need to do and what you need to send me (so I can fix the validation errors that were reported).
PLEASE ENTER YOUR DOMAIN NAME IN THE “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION” FIELD AT CHECKOUT.
The dates don’t have to match a calendar month. The official start date for your month-long monitoring period is after I’ve reached out to you to get hosting/domain registrar login credentials and added a DMARC policy with my email address.
The official end date will be 31 days after the start date.
